      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a BT hub on 9th Feb 24 using the bag provided and I still have the proof of posting receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bill keeps showing this as outstanding and at some stage I'm going to get charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried phoning but none of the options given cover this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I best contact them and send a photo of my proof? Is there an email address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
