bt4000 number of rings before voicemail

Hi there folks wonder if you could help me with what i imgine is a very simple thing to solve and i lole to think I'm quite good with things like this but i can't for the life of me work it out, an elderly relative has recently got a new landline phone )a bt4000) f and we want to change to the number of rings before it goes to voicemail as she keeps on missing the phone, so my question to you lovely lot is how can i do this as I've spent quite sometime fiddling around and i can't find how to do it.

It won't be a setting on the phone, it will be via MyBT.

Not sure how to navigate to the settings if still on analogue, but if on Digital Voice go to Your Products> Digital Voice > Manage > Voicemail essentials > Manage and set the rings to maximum.
