why is my wifi disc not pairing with my hub 2

I have tried everything, but the disc will just not pair with the hub. Please can you help

Does it pair if you try when it is next to the hub?

What colour disc is it, as only the black BT Complete Wi-Fi discs will pair with the BT Smart Hub 2.

The BT Whole Home ones (white) are not compatible.

Hello Licquorice, Thank you for your reply. I have tried it next to the hub, but it just will not pair. It is a business hub 2 with a black wifi disc. I have tried another disc but that is the same.

I have no idea if the disk will pair with a business hub. Are you a business user, if so , you need to post on the business forum here where you will get assistance.
