Can anyone help me please. I have bought an old bt YouView box everything works but I can’t find the correct code to sync the remote control to my tv my tv is a JVC I’d appreciate any help. Thanks

All I can see on the box is BT YouView

The model should be printed on the back or on a sticker on the bottom of the box.

If possible, you should return it as very old & all but obsolete.

As for pairing the TV, JVC is just another brand that has long since ceased manufacturing its own TVs. I think the brand name is currently owned/licensed to Currys, so maybe they can tell you who the actual manufacturer is. If there's a code listed for Vestel, that might be worth a try.
