Mini Hub always sent to wrong address

Hi all

Everytime our internet goes down, a Mini Hub is sent out to an old address that was once (but no longer is) associated with a dead account attached to the same BT ID as my current account. The old address is not visible at all on either my current or old account, both of which have my correct address against them. I have brought it to the attention of BT multiple times: they say they don't know why, and this time assured me it was definitely getting sent to my correct address, yet DPD shows it is yet again going to my old address. Does anyone know why this is happening? Everyone at BT I have spoken to seems to have no idea, and appear to only be able to see my current address on my account, the same as I.

Try contacting billing using 'message us' and get them to update your address in MYBT

Thanks; I'll do that just in case. However my billing address and account(s) address(es) are all correct: is this different? Thanks again.
