BT whole home wifi app log in

Hi, The BT whole home wifi app has just wanted my log in details for the first time in some years and it won't accept my log in details that work on BT.com and I'm just going round in circles with the 'forgotten log in' so wondered if anyone might have an idea what is going on.

What is happening when you do the forgotten login process?

Is the app on the latest version?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Th forgotten log in is a nightmare (for me, my fingers were not made for phone keyboards ) , just about everything I entered seemed to get a response of something along the lines of 'not recognised'

But I seem to have a fix, I found an updated version and installed it and it runs without asking me to log in.
