Received a newc EE router today to replace old one how doni get return label.and bag to return old one back to Bzt I am going round in circles nothing was included in box new router

If the old router is to be returned they send out a return kit , it doesn’t come with the router , if the old router were provided many years ago ( possibly pre 2019 ) then returning isn’t necessarily required because it’s not ‘loaned’ , like equipment supplied after then , although from an environmental point of view they may still ask you to return it so they can dispose of it correctly

Just call customer services and ask for a returns bag.
