Hi, I recently end my BT contract and would need to return the BT kit. However I couldn't find the return BT kit information as mentioned in email quide. Hope I get information here. Thanks.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you. Make sure you keep your Proof of Posting in case you need it in future. If possible take a photo of it so that you have a copy that is not easily lost.
