    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've recently upgraded my landline phone to the BT Premium. On trying to set up the answer machine it doesn't work. Handset 1 tells me it's not available, handset 2 on trying that one says it's on another handset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got the answer call on my contract. Any pointers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If its the answering machine that is built into the handsets I would search the the model number online and find the user guide or ring the product helpline - the number for which is normally on the base of the handset or cradle.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If its the 1571 you are having issues with I would contact BT directly who will be able to fix it:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/landline" target="_blank"&gt;Fix landline | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This also has a service checker on to see if there are any area issues although unlikely for the voicemail specifically&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you're on Digital Vloice your phones answer machine won't work but answers can be recovered from DV (it says here :-))</description>
