Discs are ‘whole home WiFi ‘ , extending WiFi around the property and have nothing to do with Digital Voice , DV isn’t WiFi it’s DECT , same as any cordless phone …you use the green phone port on the router , it’s a standard telephone jack

Digital Voice problems

trying to set up DV and have new hub and power supply. The instructions with the box say I need a disc and the enclosed RJ45 cable. I don't have either. In the post today I received 'setting up your new home phone service' and says just plug your phone into the connection marked 'phone' nothing about a disc or RJ45. So which of these instructions is correct ?. The connection on the hub seems like a standard phone phone socket but my phone master base has a mini RJ45.. Is there an adaptor or am I barking up the wrong DV or maybe just barking mad :-).

there is no disc and you should be able to connect your current base to the phone socket on back of hub. how do you connect your phone to the current master socket which will have same phone socket as hub
