I have full fibre 500Mbs with Hub 2 Router and every 7 to 10 days I have to reset the Router to bring the speed back up to an acceptable level. This has been going on now since August 2024 when it was first installed. After various contact with BT and EE there has still not been a resolution, so I went to the Ombudsman and the complaint was dismissed basically because neither BT or EE guarantee what speed you get from the router they are not breaking any contracts. If I had bought the router I could have taken them to court with the sale of goods act, but BT own the hub and not me. They are still quite happy to keep taking the money.

when i did my checks i had almost no devices connected and those only accounted for less than 18Mbs. The problem still persists with me having to reset my Hub every 7 to 10 days otherwise my speed is less than 60Mbs. It looks as though I am having to live with this as BT or EE want to do anything about it other than keep taking the money.
