      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue regarding requesting a return bag to send back devices? I moved 6 weeks ago and I've now requested a return bag 5 times and still nothing has arrived. The only thing arriving is a plethora of texts and emails reminding me though (agh!)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it just me??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked in your MyBT about returning equipment. I think you can get one sent from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you call BT &lt;STRONG&gt;Billing&lt;/STRONG&gt; 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
