Old BT revelation

Hi, I've just started a new job and in the office is an old BT revelation. The building used to be a doctors surgery so I think it's from then and not in use anymore, who do I contact to check this and see if they can come and remove it? It's such an eyesore and part of the panel is broken and hanging off. I've struggled to find any information on it!

If it’s not in use ( and it probably isn’t ) and it’s a legacy from a previous occupant, BT won’t be interested in visiting to remove it, so what you do with it is up to you
