Hi @Bridge33

Welcome to the community.

You are doing the right step in resetting the discs.

The next step would be to then set them up using the My BT app. There is more information on the steps to do this, including a video, on our How do I set up Complete Wi-Fi page.

If you are still struggling, reach out to our tech guides, who can look into this further.

BT whole home adminpass_006 error

Hi, anyone have any answers for this error? My friend gave me a disc 3 pack to help with my WiFi signal and said I just needed to factory reset using the reset button on the back. I have tried multiple times, resetting all discs and holding the button up to 10 seconds and no matter what when I try to change admin password it pops up with that error. Thanks

I have been using the app, when I try to do anything it asks for the admin password which then gives me the error. I have triple checked that I'm using the admin password and not the WiFi key. Tried resetting to factory 3 times and the error always shows up
