    <description>&lt;P&gt;ok we have he a BT Business smart hub 2, and a yealink W73P deck phone that is working ok . but wanted to add more&amp;nbsp; phones&amp;nbsp; so we got 4 BT HD voice&amp;nbsp; Advanced Digital Home phones . the problem is&amp;nbsp; BT HD voice&amp;nbsp; Advanced Digital Home phones will register with the hub and then the phone screen changes to a message saying Unable to make or receive calls , if you press the help Butten the message is saying No internet connection is available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what are we doing wrong ????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The phone doesn’t have an ‘ Internet’ connection, why would it need one ? , it connects via DECT , no different to any cordless phone , so if (for example) the battery fails or the handset taken too far from the DECT basestation (built into the SH2 router )then it won’t work .</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Phone pairs with hub but sees no internet connection.."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What internet connection on the phone did you expect to see? Presumably after pairing with the hub, the phone can make and receive calls?&lt;BR /&gt;You clearly can't access the web on a home phone like you can on a mobile phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
