Thank you for your reply and the explanation regarding pairing. Not sure if I confused you or I'm reading your reply incorrectly but it's 3 different addresses and 3 different EE Hybrid Hubs showing the problem, all paired using ethernet connections. I've not factory reset the BT hub and Connect hub at all 3 locations only my own with no difference. I've asked a colleague at a totally different location to try and connect his EE Hybrid hub to see if he gets the same problem.

We have an EE Hybrid Connect Hub that does not seem to be working correctly.Following set up the

display lights show the blue signal level and the EE logo flashes blue and then a solid blue light

appears. After a minute the logo starts to flash RED. I've reported to BT but so far not been able to

resolve. I also have another EE Connect hub on a BT Business account at a different address that does the

same thing. This morning I was able to check another of the EE Hybrid Hub at another premises and this was

also flashing RED.With my own installation I decided to remove the internet cable from the BT Hub to simulate

the function of the 4g Connect hub after 45 minutes the logo was still flashing red.Is this a known problem or

am I doing something incorrect, the hub has worked correctly in the past but recently showed this problem.

Flashing red on the EE Hybrid Connect Hub logo means the unit isn’t successfully connecting or staying paired with the main BT/EE hub, even if the signal bars are blue. This is a known issue and can happen due to pairing failure, firmware problems, or a faulty unit, and it’s why unplugging the broadband cable didn’t trigger 4G backup. Try fully power-cycling both devices, placing them close together or pairing via Ethernet, and factory-resetting the Hybrid Connect; if it still flashes red at multiple sites, it’s very likely a hardware or network-side fault and BT/EE will need to replace or reprovision the unit.

Hello,

Went to the business installation over the weekend, checked / replaced the ethernet cable went through the setting up procedure again. Worked / Paired okay for a few minutes with EE logo Blue then changed as the picture shows to red and flashing. Logging onto the BT Business router it was showing Hybrid Connect signal strength good Status Ready.

I've possibly exhausted all the checks I can do at this point in time and have put to one side until I have more feedback on how to resolve, bearing in mind this happens at 2 other locations. Thank you for all your help so far.

procerdureEE Hybrid Connect
