    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning/afternoon&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for some reason, I believe it is failing to update or updates cause it to fail at 4am the HUB begins blinking red. We have to turn off the hub and back on for it to work again and internet works fine all day but every morning the router begins blinking red again at 4am and we are unsure why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have checked and made sure all plugs and wires are connected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;used a pin to reboot the hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turned off for a minute and back on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is day 4 and it is still blinking red every morning any help greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when you used the pin for the recessed reset button did you hold reset button for 20/30 secs until the hub lights flashed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
