Thanks for that. My browsers won’t allow that unfortunately, keep saying the certificate is false. Proceed does not seem to be an option. How one accesses the hub manager now to make any changes or check something is impossible seemingly.

Hello - I want to carry out a Broadband Speed Test at my BT Hub. I log into the Smart Hub 2 in the usual way 192.168.1.254 and the usual small panels are displayed eg Status, Wireless, My Devices etc. I click on the one saying Broadband Performance Test. This brings up "Test Your Broad Speed", with a small panel "Test your Speed". Click on that, and it asks me to log into the BT Trouble Shooter to use the personalised speed tester. I log in with my known working BT ID & Password, but it just returns me to the log in page. How do I gain access to the Speed Tester at the Hub please. I am not on full fibre.

Since the change of My BT app the Speedtest says we need to run more tests, press that option and I go my web page for special offers not the trouble shooter. Tried the trouble shooter from my desk top got a code to my mobile, entered it and then the troubleshooter just spins , nothing. How do we access the hub manager when it says I need HTTPS connection.

My fibre line is below my guarantee but I can’t run any diagnostics.

What a mess.

I can access using either chrome or Edge when I enter in edge I get secure connection required and in purple 'switch to HTTPS' and when I select that I get hub manager. I have done it that often in chrome it now just goes direct to hub manager without HTTPS warning

Just found out that the new version of My BT app has a setting called Expert Settings that takes you to the Hub Manger , still get the same HTTPS message but it lets you through.
