Could someone explain why people blank the Serial number of the hub ?

Surely if the Admin password and wifi log-in are changed the Hub would be safe?

The Hub. When people post, the serial number and sometimes the SSID are blanked. What security risks are posed to the hub because if the Admin and and wifi passwords are changed there shouldn’t be any risk surely.

You will need to ask the next person who posts a picture with the serial number blanked out why they did that.

Not everybody changes the wireless password from the one that it came with.
