Hello.

My BT extender disc keeps turning off and I've changed where its plugged into and it keeps doing it. Do you have a solution

Have you been able to try factory resetting the disc and repairing it to your hub to see if it stays on after that?

I have done all this and its just turning itself off and on

@JakeWhite815 It sounds like the Extender could be faulty if nothing has changed its behaviour, I would recommend getting in touch with our technical team for further assistance in getting it sorted for you.
