    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was able to gain access to emails on iPad. BT message said they’d noted suspicious activity &amp;amp; shut the account. He was then given a number, and had to create a new passwords, after which everything worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue now is on his phone. He can’t access his email account on his phone (iPhone 13).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or have you migrate to EE Broadband?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did he change the password on his iphone to the new password?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
