Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you only seeing this when you are using the BT Email app?

If it is, can you try to delete the app and install it again.

It is also worth making sure that your device software is up to date.

I think a bit more detail is needed before anyone can make a useful reply.
--Are you talking about email sessions that keep expiring?
--When you say it keeps expiring is it continually asking you to re-login with your username and password?
--Are you accessing your email via the BT.com website or are you using an email client (such as on your mobile phone or like Thunderbird or similar)?
-- Do you have premium BT email (free with BT's broadband service or paid for those without BT broadband?
-- Or are you on BT's free basic email, which is only accessible via Bt.com?

I log in and look at emails, put phone in pocket after perhaps looking at Facebook etc

put phone away, 10 minutes later try to look at emails and I’m told session has expired

i am using the btmail app and have by broadband.

i dont have this problem on either iPad or PC

In which case the problem is with your phone and not with your email or broadband.
If you were to use the built-in (non BT) email app that most mobile phones provide, you'd put your credentials in once and never be required to login again.
Much better than using the BT website or general BT app (which is what I guess you mean by "btmail app")
