Two-factor authentication for my email gives an old email address for passcode

Two-factor authentication for my email (accessed on my laptop) gives an old email address for the passcode to be sent to, despite me changing it to a new one a couple of weeks ago.

I can't work out how to change it on the passcode prompt/dropdown. I've been into two-factor authentication setup and the new email is definitely listed there, so I don't know why the old one is still showing on the prompt/dropdown.

@Fritillary It very much reads like you will have to contact BT directly and ask them to change your email address manually their end. It's a bit like the NHS, you can change your email and phone number in the App, but when you go to the local surgery, you'll find their systems haven't been updated. Give BT a call.
