    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT have added two factor authoristaion to their systems that requires a PIN being sent to your chosen device when you try to log on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did the request come from the app or was it an email requesting you click a link and enter your details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to log onto your MyBT using a web browser instead of the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my App has been working for a long time occasionally asking to login again. Yesterday I had a similar request .. so entered &amp;nbsp;my password it then asked me to verify by having a code sent to phone or email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;both email and phone had *** in &amp;nbsp;place of letters/ numbers &amp;nbsp; I asked fir the code to be sent to the phone and entered th code .. it then got in a loop asking to be verified again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was only then that I noticed that the email suggested ended with&amp;nbsp;@tmail.link &amp;nbsp; I haven’t asked for the code to be sent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything I can do atm .. I was on hold to BT yesterday for an hour before getting cut off at home time ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for reading&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
