Email syncing issues

I can’t send emails from my BT email app as it says something about syncing. The issue never resolves and emails sit in Draft or Outbox. I pay £7.50 a month. Please can you advise? Many thanks.

Can you try the steps in the BT Email: Trouble sending or receiving emails? help page to see if you can send an email using webmail to yourself and let me know how you get on?

Thanks Leanne. BT told me yesterday that I needed an iPhone 11 to ensure the App worked properly. I only have an iPhone 10. I’m going back to the browser version and I also need to clear the cache. Thank you.

Set up and use the Apple email app that came with your phone and delete the BTMail app.
