    <description>I was having glitches on apple mail so was told by BT they don’t support third party apps and advised to use BT email app. Not very impressed so far!</description>

      <title>BT email app - email stuck in outbox</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just started using the BT email app. I tried to forward on an email to another btinternet.com user in my household and the email didn’t send and got stuck in an outbox - screenshot below (not sent box). Every time I try to click on the outbox the app closes. I’ve logged on to my email on bt.com but no sign of the outbox. Any idea why I can’t forward to another bt user and how I clear this outbox.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling the BTMail app and then reinstall it to see if that clears it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Personally I would not use the BTMail app. In my opinion it is not very good.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try the Bluemail app. I don't have Apple devices but I have found Bluemail very good on Android.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When they say they don't support other app what they mean is they can not offer help if you use one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is because there are far to many email apps over which BT have no control or knowledge so can not offer help or assistance with them all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does not mean that you must use the BTMail app and can not use any other email app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this problem many times and no one at BT seems to know why ! I understand your frustration because in the 100 mph World that we live in all we want to do is hit the button , send the email , and get on with the next issue !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;COME ON BT ! Please sort this issue out !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have FIVE hanging in there for no apparent reason…….&lt;/P&gt;</description>
