What information will I find on the BT service status page?

BT’s service status page will include information on known issues for the following services;

Landline
Broadband and Email
BT TV
BT Mobile

By entering your landline telephone number you will be able to learn of any issues which may be impacting your service. This will include;

Date of fault
Description of the fault
Status of the fault, whether it is ongoing or resolved
Dialling codes that may be affected

The information included on the BT Service status page is updated regularly so it is well worth checking if you are having any problems with your services from BT.
