How do you know its caused by my network? Only been with BT a few months and the issue happens with only one device connected to the hub 2, so it's either the hub 2 or the connection. Doesn't do it on 4g. What do you think it is then because I've tried all troubleshooting possible and now at a dead end. The app i use shows high ping spikes and high jitter, the same app using 4g shows a smooth connection, low jitter, stable ping. But BT don't support ping or jitter or even WiFi. My brother in law is with sky and has tried the same app and his is perfect, i know he's in a different area etc but it shows the app is good.

Your issue is caused by your local home network and not your actual broadband connection, which is why your post was moved there.
