Online showing bb capable of 80mbps but when tested over WiFi only getting 11mbps at best. Can someone have a look at this please. Currently running at 3mbps

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

As WiFi is subject to so much interference you need to check your speed using ethernet connection

Have you tried a speed test through MyBT?
It gives the speed to the hub and then the speed to your device.
