Basic newbie question. How do I check the firmware on my smart hub 2 and when it last updated please?

enter 192.168.1.254 into address bar then go to advanced settings then technical log information and firmware version and date update shown

An alternative, (without having to enter your admin password):

Enter 192.168.1.254 into browser address bar then click on Status. This will display a summary of status info including firmware version, date updated, and system uptime.

I fail to see why this information would be useful.

You can't roll back a firmware change.

You can't force an update.

Why on earth would you need to know? It would change nothing for you.

Maybe I want to make sure I have been updated with the latest and any bugs can be reported or matched to others on the same firmware. Not rocket science but thanks for your helpful reply.

I understand what you are saying but there is absolutely nothing you can do to change it so how does it help?
