    <description>&lt;P&gt;For completeness, I can confirm I have been provided with an access line ID (well, I was given a BBEU number and was told it was the same thing).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly it doesn't work and I was told this is because there is an outstanding order on my account. I suspect this is because I have ordered my digital MasterCard incentive for returning, but the only order I can see on my account is the original broadband and digital voice which says it is "complete".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sigh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things at BT clearly haven't changed and the motto "just wait longer" remains!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me how I obtain my Access Line ID please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to get as accurate predictions as possible for my line, especially as external cabling has been replaced by Openreach, but I am on SOGEA so the phone number doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a side note, I am experiencing very solid speeds on Fibre 1 since install (55/10 all day long, 50+ download at peak times on wireless), does Openreach update data on the checker over time if speeds are higher than expected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Openreach will have a "last observed speed" recorded on the checker for your line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get your Access Line ID ring customer services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
