Hi all, my broadband was working fine, I received a upgraded hub and decided to switch it out. I now have no internet just a solid orange light for both hubs. I cannot revert back to my old device. All test show everything is correct.
ive done factory reset to no avail.

If you have the new type master socket (nte5c) with the clip on front plate, make sure it is making good contact with the backplate and wasn't disturbed when you unplugged the old router.
