Hello

How do I request fibre in my area? I’ve recently moved only down the road and I have no fibre. My internet is absolutely shocking! I’m meant to have 12mbps and it barely reaches 2! I really need to request fibre but unsure on how. Any help would be great 😀

If fibre isn't available to you, you can't just request it.

If you enter your phone number into the checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL and post a screenshot, we can see what is available to you. Remember to edit out your phone number from the screenshot before posting.

Unfortunately fibre isn't available to you. You have missed some information from the top of the screen, what was the exchange?

Unfortunately, Bude Cabinet 20 is not fibre enabled.

I Survey, Plan, Build and Maintain Fibre Networks yet it’s not available at my Exchange and it’s not even planned to be done by the end of 2026 yet the Retro Fit Site across the road from me has it. In fact the 36 Fibre that feeds that PON runs through the 4 Box that my Copper DP is in.
