Hybrid Broadband and moving house

Hello!

I recently upgraded my broadband as part of a home move order, and it now includes hybrid broadband. I move on 1st June but due to the jubilee weekend, the engineer can’t come out until the following week.

I’m just wondering if anyone knew if the hybrid broadband would work at my new address in the meantime while I wait for the engineer to install a new phone line?

Hi @smch1988 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Yes, you can connect to the Hybrid connect hub until your new line is installed.
