BT hub 2 fibre plus 3 disks

Having issues with Wi-Fi speed not the internet speed into the house.
500 M/bit as supposed.
mobile devices varies from 20 to 130.
ethernet devices are at speed 500 via switches. Hue, and Sonos.
sky is in the house.
I cannot see how to split the 2.4 and 5.
any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately with the smarthub2 you can't split frequencies, all you can do is turn 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz off.

It won't change, it is deliberate.
