    <description>&lt;P&gt;just tried going to help at top of page then contact us then selected billing then message us and another box opened so I could type my message - I am using chrome on pc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ta.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I chose Technical Support - nothing happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(It doesn't seem to matter which browser I use - tried FFx, Chr &amp;amp; IE.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nefeco.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
