    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this is the right place. For the past week, I've been having an ongoing issue with my BT broadband. The connection will drop about 2 to 5 times an hour. A BT Engineer is coming out Tuesday but I've got no faith that a fault will be found.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the past year or so we have 5 engineers out and they reset the line and say they can't find an issue and thats that but this is the worse the connection has been. Usually I get 5 dropouts a day but it can be 5 an hour now. I'm not sure if there's something on my network thats causing the issue but I'm just clueless how to read the logs. Any idea where to start?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check line for noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
