      <title>14 day cooling off period</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Wifi has suddenly become very slow ! I rang to ask to change providers and I am one day out from the cooling off period but BT dont want to do anything to help make the broadband faster apart from go on a higher tariff nor will they let me switch providers ! its not even 24hrs out from the cooling off period !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you post hub stats. Enter 192.168.1.254 into address bar then go to advanced settings/technical log/information&lt;/P&gt;</description>
