I know this isn’t an Openreach Forum but hoping someone can give some advice.

Our neighbour has recently had what appears to be a new fibre cable installed. This cable flies from the nearby Distribution Post along the front of our house to hers next door. The problem we have is that the cable runs very close to our house, both ruining the view, and being very close on our window, almost touching distance when open. I have measured it as 40 cm from our house wall. Anyone know if we have grounds to complain about this, and how we might go around getting it moved?

Our cable runs to the back of our house from a different pole, this would be the ideal solution.

thanks
