Openreach didn’t show up

Does anyone have advice on what to do if openreach don’t show up for engineer visit and then. It let you know what’s going on for 4 days? Seems bonkers in this day and age for this to happen

Are you a BT customer? If so contact BT and report the issue to them.

If not you need to report the issue to your own provider.

I'm sorry the engineer didn't arrive as expected. As @gg30340 has mentioned, your best bet would be to contact our customer services guys on 150 and they'll look into this for you.
