    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's unlikely to be the PSU unless it's damaged. Although I've never known a DC jack to fall out of it's socket by gravity, the ONT is more likely to be the issue &amp;amp; maybe that's damaged. Was the cable maybe tripped over pulling it out? Can you post a pic of the DC jack on the end of the lead &amp;amp; also of the socket it plugs into?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime a small blob of Blutack should sort the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds more the like Power Port on the ONT is broken and not the Power Cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As said, it’s probably been damaged when someone’s pulled the Power Lead by tripping on it, with a Hoover, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way I’d report it as a fault and they’ll send Openreach out to replace it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
