Hi, can someone explain to me why https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ shows such a high upload speed when I'm at 900mb down and 110mb up package? This seems very exaggerated.

Thanks

Thanks for the answer my friend. I have more than enough to pass the minimum requirements but I would have thought this would only be relevant if I wasn't getting enough speed if say I was using a Cat 5 cable, low memory, 10/100 NIC or slow CPU but I'm getting too much speed on the upload side which has me baffled.

Just for the record my specs are below

Windows 11 Professional (x64) Version 21H2

ASUS TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING II Motherboard

4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (HDMI)

65474 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory

Sabrent Rocket Q [nvme] (2000.40 GB)
Sabrent Rocket Q [nvme] (1000.20 GB)
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 250GB [Recovery SSD]

Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V (1 Gbps) to internet

Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller (2.5 Gbps) LAN direct to Synology NAS

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz (Backup Wi-Fi in case of Ethernet fault)

I even tried disabling all but one Ethernet card (1Gbps) and ran the test with the same results.

I'd have to agree @Joe33158 .

My reply was a little 'tongue in cheek' to be honest. Can you try @pippincp advice and let us know the results?

Same issue with anti-virus disabled. I tried on a iPad Pro 5th Gen and it even worse. On iPad screenshot below it shows as nearly 2 gigabye download and that's on wireless...lol

I'm starting to think this is because I'm using my own Asus router and not the Smart Hub, tests on all other sites, Fast.com, Speedtest.net and nperf.com are all showing within range, it's just the BT Tester that's all over the place, very confusing guys 🙂
