    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Full Fibre 500 to&amp;nbsp;Full Fibre 900 on the 17th of August whilst on holiday.       <title>BT Full fibre 900 upgrade issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Full Fibre 500 to&amp;nbsp;Full Fibre 900 on the 17th of August whilst on holiday.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use the SH but have tried rebooting the ONT and router but it made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The speeds are exactly the same as I was getting with Full Fibre 500 which leads me to believe the upgrade has not been completed correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes I called the BT helpline and they said that everything has been 'upgraded' but because I am not using the SH they cannot help me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Waiting for a SH to arrive in the post but I honestly don't think there is any issue with my equipment.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/306105"&gt;@AaronD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;okay, well you said that was the speed you had before and if you were getting below 500 on the download then that would indicate you had an issue before the move from 500 to 900 and now it's made it worse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may need an engineer to check both the ONT and fibre cables.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a total idiot!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had some legacy traffic shaping rules that I had implemented to reduce bufferbloat.
