Hi

I have just put an order in for an upgrade from copper FTTC Halo 3+ to FTTP.

If there anyway to find out if the connection will be via overhead fibre cables or if will make use of underground cabling (recently installed by another company KCOM so assuming this may not be used)

Thanks
