Fibre 2 New Setup

I have just had BT Fibre 2 plumbed into my house and speed Openreach stated upto 80 mbps.

I have had this connection before about 4 years ago. The best speeds I'm getting is 51mbps and 9 up.

This speed is set to Fibre 1 which is 50 up and 9 down. Can this be look into please.

The fact your upload speed is 9 tells me I don't think it's capped at F1, the max upload speed on it is 10 so it looks like those speeds are the best your line can get, if you post the info as advised though someone will be able to advise
