      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I’ve had an ongoing issue since the 16th of September.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;extremely slow broadband, no my tv or on demand services. Says it can’t connect. BT say there is no fault in the line and showing normal speeds for my area (full fibre)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas what could be causing this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just baffled how Openreach are saying the line is fine, normal speeds etc then in the property it’s all of a sudden super slow and won’t connect to the tv box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have connected with the Ethernet and will look at changing the wifi Chanel when I’m home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate the reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
