I have started getting glitches/stuttering when I'm watching anything like Netflix/YouTube. So i decided to do a speed test the spped seemed fine but I'm now getting high jitter where i never did before i use to get 0 jitter. I rebooted the hub still the same i have also reset the hub back to its default settings still the same. First go at a speed test will always show high jitter then maybe after the second or third go the jitter will be a 3ms.
