Hi All, I’m 950m from the local exchange (less as the crow flies). In a detached house so direct connection to the wall. Ping is 210, Download is 2.6 and Upload is 0.4. I’m on BT Fibre Halo 3+. I’ve asked BT loads of times to have a look (LOADS), they keep telling me it’s all fine. I got the latest router in April. I can’t have a Zoom call that doesn't fail one way or another. Should I expect better for £60/month? thanks

welcome to the BT community forum where customers help customers and only BT employees are the forum mods

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal. Does work with digital voice

enter your phone number and post results remember to delete number https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem

Thanks for the responses..

So, a fault was detected by BT, thank goodness (I’ve been told 10 times before it’s fine). Engineer visited and chased cables in the street and beyond and made some connection replacements, I’m up to 14 ping, 19 down and 0.45/0.5 up. Which for here is a serious improvement. Will keep monitoring. Thanks for getting involved!
