      <title>Order not progressing - advice needed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered Fibre 1 and PAYG on 22 August&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installation inside house completed on 12 September.&amp;nbsp; Engineer said that work needed to be done to outside line in order to activate and would take 2-3 days. Since 12 September, no phone line as BT had already transferred number from previous provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach engineer visited 28 September. Completed some outside work, but needs to get under neighbour's drive. This needs another team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then, no progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have had active complaint since 16 September. Numerous calls to advisers who promise to phone back and don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice, please, on how to get this sorted? Inconvenient to not have phone line. Fortunately had not yet cancelled internet with previous provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which broadband package have you ordered from BT - FTTC or FTTP?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have an openreach phoneline currently in your home?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know if openreach have contacted your neighbour about digging up their drive?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
