&lt;P&gt;Did you register a fault or contact us during the outage? If so then there would be a record of that contact/fault on your account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im trying to find out some historical information on a broadband outage that impacted London in May 2022 - specifically I am trying to find out the duration of the outage.&amp;nbsp; Could someone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are a&lt;STRONG&gt; BT Retail&lt;/STRONG&gt; Broadband customer, you may be able to find the information by looking at your fault history, if that is possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the outage was caused by a fault on the Openreach network, then they may be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;
